National Park Animals Dry Land

The animals in our Dry Land section are animals that live on the land. National Parks offer millions of acres of habitat for many of these animals to live. One of many reasons to visit our National Parks is a chance to view large numbers of animals in their natural habitat. Our increasingly urbanized landscape does not allow the room or privacy for most of these animals to survive. It is important to protect the environment of these animals so they will be around for future generations and will keep our natural ecosystems intact.

Another interesting National Park site is National Park Guides this site has links to many of our National Parks and some interesting news feeds.
